Terms and conditions
The plain-language rules for using Lebabic. Please read them before you order.
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Accepting these terms
By opening lebabic.com or the Lebabic app, placing an order, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Lebabic is a concierge and delivery service for pilgrims in Makkah. We take orders for food, groceries, laundry, personal services and travel bookings, and deliver them to your hotel.
The service is prayer-aware by design: kitchens pause before Maghrib and Isha, delivery windows shift around the prayer schedule, and riders do not knock or call during prayer. Quoted delivery times are estimates and may move to respect prayer times.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Keep your contact details, hotel and room number accurate — deliveries go to the address you give us. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or device.
4. Orders, prices and availability
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Menus, prices and availability come from partner kitchens and vendors and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you place it.
5. Payments
You can pay with:
- mada
- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
Card payments are processed by licensed payment providers; Lebabic does not store your full card number.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge until the kitchen starts preparing your order. After that, we may charge for what has already been prepared. Travel bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before departure unless stated otherwise at booking.
If an order arrives wrong, incomplete or unusable, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
7. Delivery
You choose the handoff: meet the rider in your hotel lobby, or ask us to leave the order at your door. If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes of arrival, the rider may leave the order at reception or at your door, and the order counts as delivered.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Lebabic to order unlawful goods, harass riders or kitchen staff, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the service. We may refuse or cancel orders and suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Our liability
We are liable for the service we directly provide. We are not liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by circumstances outside our control — including crowd closures, road closures and prayer-time pauses — or for products made by partner kitchens beyond the remedies described above. Nothing in these terms removes rights that Saudi consumer law gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the site before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are resolved by the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.
