1. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email
• Delivery details — your hotel, room number and delivery notes
• Order history — what you ordered, when, and how you paid (never your full card number)
• Preferences — your language, cuisines and dietary choices
• Device information — device type, app version and crash reports

2. How we use it

We use this information to take and deliver your orders, time deliveries around the prayer schedule, show you the service in your language, improve the service, and meet our legal obligations in Saudi Arabia. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. What we share

We share only what each party needs to do their job:

• Kitchens and vendors see your order and your first name — never your phone number or room
• Riders see the delivery address and a way to message you, translated both ways
• Payment providers process your payment under their own licences

We never sell your data.

4. The waitlist

If you join the app waitlist, we store your email, your language and your country so we can send you one launch email in your language. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

5. How long we keep data

Order records are kept for as long as Saudi commercial and tax law requires. Waitlist emails are deleted after the launch campaign or on request. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time; we keep only what the law obliges us to keep.

6. Your rights

You can always:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your data

7. Your language choice in the browser

The website stores your language choice in your browser (localStorage, under the key lb-site-lang) so pages open in your language next time. It stays on your device; remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.

8. No ad tracking

The website currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

9. Children

Lebabic is not directed at children. Orders and accounts are for adults aged 18 and over.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and announce material changes before they take effect.
